| Approved by Govt. of Gujarat having full fledged laboratory for testing Cement and its product, cube, concrete blocks, chemical analysis of mortar, Design of mix, Aggregate, Bitumin, Bituminous mix design, Tile testing, Soil tests etc. The laboratory is working on modern concept with well experienced team of skilled technical and qualified staff headed by experienced and qualified Engineers having deep know how of the material and its use. The testing machine / equipments are of standard make giving high accuracy and precise results. |

| We offer our services for general structural design of normal structures and pile foundation. We also design the rigid and flexible pavements as per IS and structural No. method and design of overlay. We also contribute for the design of foundation of overhead transmission towers on land and in creek and river crossing. We have structural consultant and collaboration for the same. Have designed different water supply and sewerage system. Have developed capability in preparation of detailed project report and working as third party inspection agency. |

We possess ultra modern survey equipments like total stations (DGPS – RTK Trimbal model)(3 nos), Digital Global Positions of station with accuracy of 1 mm and auto levels. These equipments are being operated by well trained team of surveyors is (15) Who have completed number of survey project of Govt., Semi Govt and big Private organizations. |

| Non Distructive Testing |

| Our testing field is not restricted to Laboratory only but our services are developed in insitu testing of concrete. This removes the difficulty of construction people when in doubt for concrete and R.C.C. structures. Our expertise is on evaluation of old and new construction by way of non destructive testing. We have in our testing equipment treasure imported Proseg Rebound Hammer giving high repeatability. Ultra Sonic Pulse Velocity Test or Digital auto record type-( Pundit), profometer for location of rebar etc. This is also supplemented by handy hilty core cutting machine which can extract core from different locations and position of R.C.C elements to evaluate strength of concrete in in-situ position. The equipment only can not access the quality of concrete. It requires proper methodology and knows how. We are also equipped with the required man power in terms of technician and result interpreting engineers. We take job of evaluating existing structure like bridge, jetty, building and other R.C.C. structures with quality checking of in situ concrete. |
